Campaigns & Brand Marketing Executive

About the role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Campaign and Brand Marketing Executive with some experience, you will assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting the Senior Campaign and Brand Marketing Executive to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

This is a hybrid role - working at least 2 days in the office with the remainder from home.

Role Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and management of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Content Coordination: Support content planning efforts by coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary materials for campaigns and content planning.
  • Execution: Assist in executing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid media, onsite, etc.) by coordinating with creative, digital, and marketing teams.
  • Brand Partnership Assistance: Support the Senior Campaign and Brand Marketing Executive in collaborating with buying teams and third-party brands to maximise marketing opportunities.
  • Agency Liaison: Assist in managing the relationship with the PR agency, ensuring consistent messaging and supporting the delivery of PR opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Help track and report on the performance of campaigns, using analytics to measure success and inform future efforts.
  • Budget Assistance: Support budget management by maintaining cost trackers and assisting with purchase orders (POs).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with buying, creative, financial services, and wider marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Optimisation Support: Assist in identifying opportunities for campaign optimisation and suggesting improvements to enhance effectiveness.
  • Travel: Participate in occasional travel to meet with agencies and third-party brands to support partnerships and marketing initiatives.
  • Customer Focus: Contribute to achieving positive outcomes for customers through campaign activities.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, Company Policies, and FCA Conduct Rules.

About you

  • Educated in Marketing, Business Studies to A Level or Degree Level, OR have relevant experience
  • Experience in relevant Marketing and/ or campaign management.
  • Analytical and strong excel and reporting skills
  • High level of drive and motivation
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with high levels of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Can work individually or as part of a team
  • Able to commute to Bradford city centre
