Systems Support Coordinator

About the role

We have a new opportunity for a Systems Support Coordinator within the Media Services team to provide support in the administration of the Media Services/FGH Content Management systems and associated processes and tasks, such as the Pimberly PIM system, Taxonomy configuration & implementation. Also, to support in the web content loading work as and when required.
 

Role Responsibilities

  • Support in the administration of the day-to-day data tasks within the current Pimberly Content Management system to allow the smooth running of the system.
  • Colour & Size Mapping management and control.
  • To manage the on-going product housekeeping processes within the relevant systems to ensure the product data is kept up to date and in a secure and correct manner.
  • To help and support the department in the correct implementation and management of standardisation Taxonomy 
  • Support in delivering short-term training when required to the Media Services department and the wider FGH audience where appropriate.
  • To offer support with Web Content loading work as and when required.
  • Support the management team with additional duties / tasks to aid the day to day running of the department.
  • Attend meetings in absence and or in support of line manager and provide relative updates.
  • First Point of contact for Pimberly & Process support for your peers within Media Services and the wider FGH teams
  • You will live and breathe our values and be a role model within the department.
  • Work closely with the management team looking at ways in which we can simplify our working practises.

About you

  • Knowledge of the Pimberly CMS & Matrix CMS Systems (desirable)
  • Excellent PC skills including a working Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of web shop systems.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and under your own initiative.
  • Coaching & development of others
  • Excellent copywriting skills
