Senior Campaigns Manager

About the role

We have a great new opportunity for a Senior Campaigns Manager to develop, manage and lead primary campaigns focused on fashion, working with all aspects of marketing

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage campaign execution across offline and online channels working with internal and external creative teams
  • Responsible for working with fashion buying and merchandising team to ensure products and stories are well represented and commercial focused  
  • Lead relationship with creative agency ensuring marketing requirements and ad best practice are fed into creative requirements
  • Lead new brand launches, developing marketing plans to support
  • Manage campaign process, ensuring requirements are outlined for marketing and deadlines are met
  • Own and manage fashion content plan
  • Manage the PR agency and integrate PR into wider fashion content plans
  • Lead and manage social strategy and execution
  • Manage budgets for campaigns. PR and social
  • Lead on strategic marketing and campaign briefs
  • Drives fashion category performance & market share via WW recovery plan ​
  • Drives demand beyond WW: lingerie, MW, sports​
  • Drives social and online engagement through compelling storytelling in fashion​
  • Drives fashion category performance & market share via WW recovery plan

  • Lead, manage and develop a high performing team

About you

  • Proven experience (preferably 4-5 years) in all relevant areas of marketing
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proven experience of managing the successful launch of above the line campaigns within a brand or retail environment
  • Experience of managing PR and creative agencies or the equivalent in-house teams 
  • A strong understanding of all marketing channels and how they operate
  • Strong project and process management skills
  • Educated in Marketing, Business Studies to A Level or Degree Level, OR have relevant experience
  • High level of drive and motivation
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with high levels of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Can work individually or as part of a team
  • Strong people management skills and experience
  • A passion for retail, particularly fashion & home
  • Commercially savvy and have the ability to identify commercial opportunities
  • Able to commute to Bradford city centre
  • Attend photoshoots and visit suppliers – UK and overseas
  • Competitor knowledge and understanding in both retail and online - Desirable
