About the role

We have a great opportunity for this newly created position within FGH. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps into a standalone management role.

This is a key role driving our talent attraction strategy. It will provide effective support, guidance and expertise in acquiring talent for FGH. You will be expected to take ownership of our recruitment activities to identify talent to fill vacancies in a timely, and cost effective way.

This is a hybrid role working at least 2 days in the office and the remainder at home.

Role Responsibilities

Design and deliver the end to end recruitment process for FGH Vacancies.

Ensure vacancies have the correct attraction and advertising approach, to ensure managers have the right quantity and quality in their talent pools

For recruiter led activity, manage advertising, sourcing, screening and pre-selection before handing over to hiring managers to complete the recruitment process.

Promote FGH - Identify ways to establish and promote the FGH brand and increase brand awareness to drive a talent pipeline.

Responsible for the ongoing development of the FGH Website.

Candidate Management –Development of the candidate management system to attract candidates

Onboarding – Create a positive onboarding journey for all new employees to ensure maximum engagement. 

Recruitment – Develop our recruitment capability for how we attract externally and understand the best channels to do this. Identify sources of temporary / perm labour post BrExit

Talent – Working with the People Team, have a process in place by which line managers can effectively identify potential talent and manage succession planning

Develop our capability for - candidate assessment and benchmark against competitors and best practice

Provide feedback to the business on external recruitment trends and developments

Support the Line Manager to define assessment and selection approaches relevant for their function, such as assessment centres where multiple candidates are required

Driving a direct recruitment model to ensure efficiencies and cost control

Where required, liaise with external suppliers regarding temporary and permanent recruitment, ensuring cost efficiencies are maintained

About you

  • Knowledge of the full end to end resourcing and talent acquisition process 
  • Experience working in a fast pace organisation
  • Experience of driving recruitment campaigns through various channels including social media / LinkedIn talent solutions
  • Stakeholder management, able to maintain relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Core selection and assessment capability and skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Forward thinking, creative and innovative in design and delivery
  • Ability to challenge thinking and perceptions with confidence
  • Proactively leverages networks to enable consideration of market and social trends in terms of the strategic direction of the people agenda
  • Ability to commute to Bradford City Centre
