About the role

FGH are proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a part-time HR Assistant providing flexible, on-site coverage at our Bradford sites. These include our offices in Vicar Lane and our Warehouse in Thornton Road.

Now's your chance to join a busy and dynamic HR Team for a growing digital retailer.

Previous HR/People or Payroll experience is desirable but not essential as on the job training will be provided.

Working hours are flexible covering 15 - 20 hours per week with the opportunity for hybrid working to split your time between home and work.

Role Responsibilities

As our People Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering People enquiries face-to-face and over e-mail, phone and MS Teams
  • Inputting and checking the monthly payroll for 700 employees
  • Generating day-to-day People correspondence (Contracts of Employment and Letters)
  • Hosting company inductions both face-to-face and online
  • Supporting annual events such as pay reviews and benefits renewal
  • Running reports and helping our team of People Business Partners on a day to day basis.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong administrative skills and experience 
  • Organisational Skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and self-motivation
  • Good IT Skills - Specifically Excel and Word
