Management Accountant - 3 Months Fixed Term Contract

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning, the role is for a temporary Management Accountant to work alongside the Finance team at FGH for 3 months during a period of transition.  A qualified accountant with varied experience of month-end preferably within warehousing and logistics, the candidate will be adaptable and able support across a number of areas as required, as well as designing and implementing process improvements and creating efficiencies. 

Role Responsibilities

The key support areas include:

  • Accounting for the implementation, invoicing and tracking of an outsourced IT arrangement with a partner;
  • Month-end journals and reporting;
  • Assist with commercial support and analysis for the Warehousing and Logistics department;
  • Ad hoc tasks to help embed changes in processes and support new and existing team members
