Digital Analyst

About the role

We have an exciting  new opportunity for a Digital Analyst to provide analytical support to meet the business requirements across FGH.

Utilising Adobe Analytics & the FGH database to provide customer insight & trading performance across web channels, publication groups, product categories etc.  Focusing resource on improving online sales through greater understanding of onsite journeys.

This is a hybrid role, working at least 2 days in the office and the remainder from home.

Role Responsibilities

  • Understand and appreciate the commercial strategy of the Freemans Grattan Holdings business.
  • Work directly with the brand units to map business requirements to data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain clear and concise reports to influence website developments.
  • Provide status reports to management.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of existing and emerging digital marketing channels.
  • Develop working relationships with all business owners of digital marketing strategy to support and assist with the business transition to an online driven community.
  • Work closely with the other areas of the business on cross team initiatives to drive return on investment opportunities.
  • Provide insight to the web development team to prioritise customer journey and functional developments for the Freemans Grattan Holdings websites

About you

  • 1-2 years experience in an Analytical Role or recent Graduate
  • Experience in Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe or Similar) preferred.
  • Experience of A/B or multivariate testing.
  • Must be able to think creatively about issues and find a resolution.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent business-related qualifications
  • Ability to work with high level of accuracy, and attention to detail to time critical deadlines.
  • Organised with great time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, problem solving and interpersonal skills with ability to put your ideas across verbally and in presentations.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • The ability to multi-task and willingness to  take on new responsibilities
  • Enthusiastic about what you do and work as part of a team to excel
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills.
  • Able to commute to Bradford City Centre
